I now add these self-powered buzzers to all my builds. Crashes happen, and when they do, a buzzer can make the difference between recovering your rig or not. This little gadget is a bit louder and has its own battery so it will still work if your flight pack is ejected.See photo for mounting reference - I use double sided-tape and a zip tie. Just make sure you put it somewhere easy to access since you will have to have press that button to turn it off when you unplug your battery!

very helpful when your drone ejects the battery during a crash. every fps pilot should have these in their builds

Loud and small, but lacks an important feature. You have to find a small button everytime you disconnect the battery. The competitors version allows you to do a quick reconnect of the battery after you disconnect it and that will turn the buzzer off also. Much easier.

I really like these things however I don't like how they're activated because I don't want to be soldering these things on all my drones so what I do is I just charge them up a little bit and then just the disconnect from the battery. this causes them to beep and flash the entire time I'm flying which is annoying as hell but I just don't want to solder s*** to my drones.maybe when I'm building my own drone it'll be a different deal but when I buying ready to fly drones this isn't just something I want to do.I'd like a little stick on drone finder that does some sort of motion sensing or GPS location that tells it that it is no longer moving and then gives a couple warning beeps and then just goes nuts.it would be even better if it had a little GPS receiver or a little locator on it and an app for your phone.

Great Buzzer noisy and small for weight.

I have been using the finder v2 but these are a little smaller and I can hear them better. I’ve been working in a loud shop for 26 years and my hearing isn’t as good as it used to be. These seem to be on a different decibel /frequency than the finders and that makes these work for me.

This buzzer is less expensive than a competitor's buzzer and is just as loud. Additionally, it has two flashing LEDs that are very bright. I dont know about the longevity of these buzzers but so far it's great.

I have not tried other buzzers, but let’s just say if I would’ve had these units years ago I would have a lot more models in my hanger really easy to install a lot louder than your standard buzzer and also has built-in LEDs. I cannot speak for longevity but seems to be assembled with quality components in my opinion for the price you cannot afford to not have theseDefinitely a value for your money
