**Q: What the juicer warranty?**
A: You can get a warranty and i highly recommended that you do.

**Q: Can it juice carrots**
A: Yes.  Since it is a hard veggie it will take time

**Q: What are the dimensions of the unit when using it?**
A: Don’t know the demension? But regular size apple or orange won’t fit. It garbage , it also does not peel the fruit. I sent the item back and gave poor rating.

**Q: Can you taste the rinds of the orange?**
A: You don’t grind the rinds. Their a little too tough for this juicer

I decided to start juicing again back in the summertime, and I had a high-speed juicer and was looking to get a slow juicer. I found this one and decided to give it a try. I think for the price, I didn't feel like I would be losing out on something big if it didn't do the job. Lo and behold, I was impressed. I wanted to batch juice and this juicer delivered. It took me an hour to batch juice 2 to 2 1/2 gallons of juice. I did what the instruction booklet said to do, I ran it for 10 minutes, then let it cool for 15 minutes. Never left a thing behind within the auger and screen. The pulp was always pretty dry, except for the really wet fruit like watermelon and such. Later, I discovered juicers with a hopper and I thought I'd upgrade to that so I wasn't standing there the entire time feeding the juicer. Big mistake. The new juicer is horrible and more than twice the price of this one, so I came back here to purchase another one of these because I loved it so much and I gave the other one to my daughter, but she's been juicing, too, and she loves it.

This product works great for me and my family. You do have to clean the grinder in between certain vegetables and fruits but over all it works very well and not hard to clean. It a great value for what we paid for it. It makes more juice than previous juices I have had.
