Highly Recommended
Installed on my 2020 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. Installation very easy and quick (15 min) and everything lined up perfectly. It is under a locked tonneau cover so won't evaluate security aspect for those with open truck beds except to say it does come with a little lock to prevent easy removal. But if someone was determined to steal it and had the time I'm sure it could be taken...as with almost anything out in the open. There is lots of room for tool storage, etc. I highly recommend this product.

Convenient storage solution for my truck
Really alot easier to install than the ones for my 2015. These were well thought out! The brackets line right up with the stamping in the bed of the truck and the hinge mount is even easier as it has a push pin to line up on the tail gate posts then you just use the self tapping screws that come with it to fasten it and the lock ends to the bed. You DO have to remove the assist handle on the drivers side of the bed to get the drivers side box on!! UPDATE: One thing I found out when Deer season opened. I always load my truck bed with three 94qt. Igloo Ice chest sitting side by side and load a 120qt. Across the back of those. I found out to get the three 94 qt. Chests loaded I had to take both swing out boxes out!!! I didn't notice it at first, but the boxes DO NOT recess in close enough to the inside of the bed and hang out beyond the wheel wells!!! I think on second thought that these could have been better designed to recess in more like they did on the earlier model Chevrolet/GMC's. I also have the multipro tailgate and they fit, they just need a better designed bracket to sit closer to the inside of the bed and not hang out over the wheel wells!

I got a great deal.
The Swingcase I ordered was listed as Amazon-Acceptable, which means it will have some marks or damage, but still functions fine. It says the box will be damaged. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The box had just a small hole, but was otherwise damage free and I was even happier when I took the SwingCase out and it was in perfect condition. The install was super easy and the SwingCase works perfectly. It normally sells for $265 but Amazon-Acceptable price was $124. That’s a hell of a deal.

Awesome product, but the Plastic hinge broke off other than that it’s all good, fits perfect one the gmc 2020
