I use these to cut vinyl siding and thin steal. They break easily and ware like crap. Harbor freight cut off wheels are way better. Save your money. You been warned

This is a super value package, considering it cost less than a dollar a piece, it's a super good deal. I'm a DIY'er for most of the things at home and I only go through 1 or 2 disc a year, this package would last me at least 10 years or more. These discs work great for cutting metals such as: conduit pipes or aluminum and galvanized parts. It will also cut PVC pipe but don't expect a clean cut and it will produce lot of smoke while cutting as well but it does work if you're as lazy as I am to switch out to a different disc type. Would totally recommend it (do not over spend for these at local hardware store as they usually charge like $5 for a single disc).

I keep a rechargeable grinder handy for cutting stuff for projects. Flat steel and aluminum, pipes, etc. These are basically big Dremel cut-off discs. I've used them on flat iron, flat aluminum, to cut off rusted bolts on the deck and more. Instead of grabbing a hacksaw I grab one of these. No complaints and a good price. Don't like them on plastics and PVC - they melt the material instead of cutting it and bind up too quickly.

Very very bad cut off wheel. Was using it for about 20 seconds, it exploded into 3 pieces, and one piece missed sliced into my face by an inch. I was using the proper tool, the correct arbor size, and I have many years of experience working with angle grinders. These are unsafe wheels. Beware.
