Sweese 519.102 Porcelain loaf pan for Baking, Non-Stick Bread Pan Cake Pan, Perfect for Bread and Meat, 9 x 5 inches, Turquoise

I chose to go with a porcelain loaf pan after a “ceramic coated” copper Gotham pan chipped terribly over the course of less than 1 year. I wanted durable and stylish that wasn’t a boring silver metal. I’m glad I opted for this one after reading countless reviews of so many others. Washing a post-meatloaf baked dinner in this beauty cleaned up so easily it looks brand new. Slipped right out. I couldn’t fit 2 lbs of ground Turkey + diced peppers and onion in it without creating a dome above the fluted edge but I made it work by lining my oven grate with parchment. I hope the quality lasts and stands the test of time. Beautiful piece!

I use this pan for a batch of sourdough bread. Because the sides are upright, the corners are near 90 degrees, and the edges are thin, I can easily line the pan with parchment paper. It is the absolute best pan for bread baking I have ever owned. Also, it's nontoxic since it is ceramic and not aluminum. I have two, since my bread recipe makes two loaves. To top it off, the colors are lovely.

Super cute design and color. I only have made banana bread in here and it was great! Only negative was one of the long sides is slightly curved inward. So if you are going to display it, that may bother some! First picture shows the curve I'm talking about in the front! That's why I say 4 stars. Otherwise this baker is wonderful!

I also bought a white one. These loaf pans are great! And they’re really cute! I’m kinda a fan of Sweese - their products don’t disappoint.

The bread pan is exactly what I expected. The color is beautiful and is well made. There were lots of sellers offering similar items for around the same price point. I went with this seller soley because I have previously purchased from them before and I am happy with the service and their products.
