Great blade for me.
I have been wet shaving for a number of years and have shaved with 20 different blades or so. I have tried many vintage blades as well as currently produced blades. Only a few of currently produced blades work for me at a reasonable cost. Astra SP are good and nicely priced. Derby blades do not work for me. A few 7 O'Clock versions work for me but demand a premium price. Many of the vintage blades are excellent but cost $1-$4 per blade. I had tried other Super-Max blades, the stainless and platinum versions, and found they were OK, nothing special. These are Super Platinium blades not to be confused with the plain Platinum blades. These, Super-Max Super Platinum blades are great. They shave very well. They are smooth, sharp and long lasting. They work in all my razors, open or closed comb. As any experienced wet shaver knows YMMV, but they work for me. They were at one time easy to purchase but are not easy to find in the marketplace at this time. In short, great blade at a very good price.

Deceitful
I was so disappointed when I received my order because these people are so deceitful. I ordered the super max Super platinum on 3 different occasions and on the 3 occasions I received super platinum razors, which is not a very sharp razor. Need my money back.

sharp, medium aggressive razors
These razors are quite sharp, but about medium aggressive. They are inexpensive so you can stock up on them. The only problem I have with them is that they rust pretty easily - not the edge, but inside the razor. No problem, you can just wipe it clean, but it is a nuisance. Sharpness: 8/10 (10 is sharpest) Aggressiveness: 4/10 (10 is most aggressive) Smoothness: 5/10 (10 is smoothest) These are more expensive types of Super-Max razors but I don't find them as smooth and they can be more aggressive. I like these the best.

Awesome Blades
I have tried somewhere around 30 different types of blades and I have to say that these are awesome! They are extremely smooth & forgiving. I didn't like the SuperMax Blue Diamond blades; I found them to be very rough. These are quite different.

NOT Super Platinum!
Guys, as the other comment said you will receive SuperMax "Platinum" blades and not SuperMax "Super Platinum" as the picture shows. Very different blades and also deceiving advertising
