Used the Nilight Add-a-Circuit fuse tap to hardwire a LandAirSea 54 GPS unit in my vehicle. I was shipping the car and wanted a way to track it en route. Installation was simple, the fuse tap fit securely, and it made adding a dedicated fused circuit clean and easy without modifying the factory wiring. Everything worked exactly as expected. Having multiple sizes in the pack is also a nice bonus. Great value and definitely recommended.

I purchased these fuse taps to add circuits to my dad’s 1979 El Camino. We recently added aftermarket power windows and power locks, and the original fuse panel doesn’t have many extra fuse locations available. These made adding the new circuits much easier and cleaner. We were able to add dedicated fused power for the new accessories without having to modify the original wiring harness. The connections fit securely, and having several different fuse-tap styles in the kit was a big plus. For an older vehicle like this El Camino, where additional fuse locations are limited, these were exactly what we needed. They worked great and helped make the installation look much more professional. I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone adding electrical accessories to an older vehicle.

OEM-quality jumpers, as expected.

This product makes installing 12V accessories to your vehicle a lot less complicated. I have a 2012 Silverado that I was certain the "mini" style would fit however, when I attempted to use that particular style, I realized that the device had to be modified. It's odd that the fuses supplied with these adapters fit my vehicle directly but the adapter contacts are not shaped the same as the contacts on the fuse. A simple modification of the device with a Dremel tool facilitated the fit. If you'll notice, the fuse contacts are tapered at each side on the ends. The adapter contacts are not. I used the Dremel to create the angled sides and thin the tips of the contacts slightly, exactly like the fuse contacts, to make them fit into my fuse board. Be careful as removing too much material will result in a loose connection that may not maintain contact. These adapters were just what I needed to complete the installation of LED fog lights onto a circuit that de-energizes when the ignition is turned off. They just required a slight modification. I'd like the manufacturer to answer the question as to why the corresponding fuses have tapered contacts when the corresponding fuse adapter does not. My conclusion is that these were not intended to fit a Chevrolet truck, however; with a slight modification, they can do the job. Thank you.

Excellent quality and low profile so in most cars you can put the fuse box cover back on after installation. Very easy to crimp on and insert fuses and makes for a super clean install. Good price. - I recommend lableing the wire close to the fuse to you know what it is for - 'ACC power to dashcam' for instance. - I also would consider getting whatever you need for YOUR project instead of this variety pack. Chances are you will not need to use some of these fuse sizes ever again and some are not common on todays cars at all. Also, if oyu need 2 for a normal project, you only get 3... one left over might not help you next time. That's not any fault of the product, just something to consider on purchase.

As a "Do it Your Self" or a Pro Auto Tech, this is the kind of stuff you should always have in stock at your tool box or garage, you will remember me when you will need it... have it or not...

Tried to use it in Ford everest but it doesn’t seated in the fuse slots. Qiite big and not flexible.

Needed to hard wire my dash cam and they came in handy! Easy to use just make sure you get the right fuses for them and slot them in order. Recommend

I have mixed feelings about these . They do work ,but they are not exactly the same fit as a fuse would be , but the price was right
