Good construction, poor adjustment, lots of scratches…
Product does not look new, there were lots of scratches on the bars, couple of broken screws, and one of the supports did not fit well on the rail. Packing was good though. It just seems to have been shipped in this condition.No assembly instructions of any kind and no tools included. Never experienced a problem like this before with Amazon. Pity.

One of four plastic covers does not lock.
I cannot seem to locate Contact Seller option and need resolution ASAP. Installation was atrocious and very difficult to adjust the length of the bar, as each bolt needs to be screwed and unscrewed to figure out the length. One of four plastics caps does not lock. I even took my Kia to the dealer and they could not get it to lock. Without a cap the end of the bar will corrode. Please get in touch with me ASAP with the resolution of this matter. Thanks

SUV Roof Crossbars
We purchased the crossbars to install a roof rack on our SUV. Once we figured out the instructions (poorly written), the crossbars were fairly easy to assemble and mount. The crossbars performed exactly as we had hoped. We made our trip with no issues at all.

A fraction of the dealership cost & just as good
I was a little skeptical at first when attaching the racks to the existing rails. I was going to be using this to support a 72" safari basket to our 2016 Sorento. The basket was going to have a wet/dry bag with a family of 5's luggage, a large collapsible awning, and folding lawn chairs. My concern was the bottom surface area catching the air coming up over the windshield and lifting it right off the roof due to the bag. No sweat, no issues. Even at 70-80mph on I-95 in pouring rain and wind it stayed put going up and coming back down. Would recommend since the dealership wants over $300 for their cross bar racks.

Super easy to put onto our 2017 Kia Sorento. Sturdy and have been perfect for 2 trips to Florida.
