I'm 6' 160 lbs and have a 34" waist. I don't like my cycling shirts to be super tight on me so I received this set in XX-Large. The shirt is a decent fit. It's tight but not compression tight. The sleeves are a bit short. I wear a 34 length dress shirt and these sleeves fall about an inch or two behind my cycling gloves.The pants are long enough and the waistband is tight but the padding sticks out like a giant diaper. I've got padded cycling shorts but I think the XXL sizing doesn't match up to my body size. The combination of pants and shirt in one size makes this a challenge to fit.I liked the zippers at the bottom end of the pants. I really struggle with cycling pants that don't have them. These go on and off much easier when the zipper is open.

I am a 5'8", 155 lb female, and the medium fits great. I have room to move and the fabric is soft and breathable. Although this is not traditional dirt bike riding attire, it works for me in the Florida heat. Another reason to use cycling clothes when riding is that they are moisture-wicking and keep me cool. My set is a pair of long pants with padding to keep my bottom from getting sore. The pants also have a zipper on each leg, which makes taking the outfit off a lot easier. I washed this outfit immediately upon arrival and the color stayed dark and bright - no fading or other issues at all.

Pros: Great fit and the fabric dries quickly. Plenty of storage space on the back of the shirt. Perfect for riding in cooler weather. Solid material and solid full opening zipper on the shirt. Colors are noticeable, but not overdone.Cons: The size chart is quite confusing and not very accurate. I went with a 2XL, when I normally wear a large, I took a chance and lucked out. Pants could use side pockets and the waist is a little loose.

My husband is 6’2” and about 200 lbs. We ordered an XL, when he usually orders a large. It seems to fit him just about right, but it’d be better if the pants were just a little longer (he usually wears a 34” inseam). Still, these fit well overall. They do a decent job of keeping him warm while still breathing well.Be aware the instructions suggest hand washing and hanging to dry.

Great quality. It is well made and true to size, my husband loves this biking long sleeve set. Its breathable and sweat-absorbent, super comfortable. I would highly recommend this suit.
