Yo tengo el arco alto, he comprado otros soportes que realmente no brindaban ningún apoyo al arco. Estas plantillas sí le dan soporte. Las utilice durante una caminata de más de 40min seguidos (que generalmente es cuando ya me empiezan a doler los costados de las piernas) y de verdad ayudaron bastante a que no tuviera molestias. Recomiendo que las corten no usando las líneas guía de la plantilla. Es mejor quitar la plantilla del zapato que van a utilizar y trazar la plantilla original en la nueva plantilla.
