Ere Perez - Natural Beetroot Cheek & Lip Tint (Joy | Bright Cherry Red)

This is hands down the best lip stain I’ve used over years of trying different brands. Most red stains have a blue base and fade to a magenta color that’s really unflattering on my olive skin tone. Joy is a true red and fades down to a much more natural color on me. It can be layered to give a bold red lip similar to a matte lipstick, or it can be a light flush that’s perfect for a minimal makeup look. It’s transfer resistant and long lasting. I love that I can wear it under a fabric face mask and it doesn’t smear or budge! It’s also not tested on animals which is important to me.

I don't wear lipstick for many reasons...I think it looks kinda silly, I am allergic to most of it, I always end up eating it...and so on but as I am getting older myblips are fading as I imagine happens to a lot of womenso I yhought I would try a tint. Love this. Love this . Love this. I put three tiny dabs along the bottom lip and use a cotton swab to spread it around. Smack my lips together and am set for the day. I love that there is no shine, no gloss, no goop. Just lovely color. I could use more for an impact if I wanted but I love that it can be subtle too. P.S this is not a lip gloss just color so put some moisturizer on before applying and you are good to go.

use very little for pink tint, a lot for red

This product of pretty great considering it has minimal and natural ingredients. The only reasons for 4 stars is because the color is a bit more berry colored and less warm toned than I thought from the description and picture and I feel like it could use more glycerin or jojoba oil or something to give it more slip when used as a cheek tint because the product tends to absorb fast where you put it which makes it hard to blend at all. I’ve goin found that a wet sponge aids in application. A little goes a long way on the lips too. My picture is one application after a full day of work and a salad and chicken tender lunch. Stains lips well!
