Useless. Worked 2 weeks before it wouldn't even turn on. This tablet was not abused, not dropped, barely used. I just managed to upload the programs and timers I wanted my child to have access to when the thing died. Very disappointing for me and my child who was anxiously waiting to begin using it. He had only a couple hours usage over a few days before it was useless. No photos available as I had to return it. Couldn't even boot it up to delete everything. Very frustrating.

Je ne regrette pas mon achat, même si je n'ai vu la dernière version de la tablette qui était déjà sortie!+: facile à configurer, un peu long par contre mais parfait pour créer un espace sécurisé!+: facile à utiliser: pour parents et enfants+: pas que des jeux de bébés, vous avez accès au store, netflix et surtout skype. ce qui m'a convaincue de l'acheter pr que mes enfants appellent leur grand mere+: protection incluse+: fonctionne très bien-: la musique quand on l'allume, on se croirait à disneyland, un peu fort-: fonctionnalités premium (comme la minuterie), je ne l'avais pas vu avant achat, mauvaise surprise, j'aurais bien payé qques dollars de plus juste pour en avoir qques unes-: durée de vie de la batterie, mais bon pour le prix c'est parfait et je soupconne les enfants de ne rien fermer comme applications ;)(PHOTO: tablette à côté de la mienne pour donner une idée de la taille, en cours de chargement).

This tablet is not kid friendly at all. Got a couple for Xmas for my boys and within a week one of them was dropped (as little kids are clumsy) and the screen broke.You have to be looking at the screen dead on otherwise the screen darkens from different angles, anyone who has a cheap RCA tablet knows what I'm talking about.These tablets weren't worth the money we spent on them. We should have gotten them the Amazon Fire tablets like we got our daughter. Seriously, save your money and get one of those for cheaper. They are better quality and if your kid breaks the screen it wasn't as much to begin with.

The power cord connecting pin that plugs into the tablet broke within a couple of weeks of regular use. It's a non-standard cord (i.e. not a regular micro-usb or similar) and it is not easily replaced. The tablet is basically useless now.Aside from that I would have rated 4 star, as this is an otherwise solid tablet for kids with good performance.

Useless product. Takes forever to load any app, battery life is a joke. Lasts a couple hours before needing to be charged. Bought to replace a Samsung tablet that I thought ran out of battery quick but this thing puts it to shame. Utter waste of money.*update jan 6 2021: the tablet will no longer connect to any internet. I have connected it to my wifi and it says the signal is strong but no internet available. Tried 3 different wifi signals and no luck. This tablet is the worst purchase I've ever made.
