While many reviewers talked about receiving cracked or damaged pieces, that was not my experience at all.The tiers were well constructed and very easy to assemble. I purchased clear acrylic "gems" and added them to the columns. I wrapped fairy lights around them for an added touch.Each tier held a torted double layer filled cake and were quite heavy. The tiers supported the weight easily with no concerns.The set comes with 3 caps for the columns. My opinion is that the set might work better with 6 caps, one for the top, as well as for the bottom. I put the cap on the bottom plate, filled the column, and placed the top plate, but the gems were exposed. I understand that the column's interior was protected by the cake on a cake circle. I just would have felt better having the column completely secured.I recommend this for all bakers looking to create a beautiful cake display.

The money value is great however the product is of very poor quality. The first order were cracked multiple tiers and ever tier was scrat h with finger prints all over them. The second d order still had scratches and finger prints all o er them. The center tube to connect the tiers is of very weak plastic. If it wasn't so close to my wedding I would attempt the re ordered it but unfortunately I have run out of time to do so and I would rather have more quality than nothing g at all. I belive the biggest issue is how the seller packages their product it is in clear bags not bubble rap and all items are squeeze in a extremely small box near five times to small. When I returned the first item I could not fit it in the original box and had to buy a box so the would fit. When connecting Amazon I explained this then the reordered came in the same packaging system. I pray these will hold up for my wedding I am very much disappointed in the product.

The product was damaged.

I have ordered 2 of this products because they are a great material, our second order was broken from shipping most likely and customer service replace it with no issues, also the shipping was fast, faster than what I expected.

For the price it was manageable. I used a glue gun to keep the tubes and surfaces firmly together. Still waiting to see how they hold up for the big event but I gound that it was easy to personalize it once I figured out which pieces I needed to use.

The media could not be loaded.  I didn't like anything about these. They are not sturdy, they were delivered chipped and scratched. I had to use these for the wedding cakes I made. I didn't have time to find a replacement for them. So I could only use them while they were taking pictures due to the fact they weren't sturdy and I was afraid they were going to fall. I had to try to hide the chips with cake boards. If some one is on the fence about buying these, I highly recommend that you don't. I wish I could send them back and get my money back, but I did use them for only. Short period of time. Poorly made product for sure. The only reason for one star is because it wouldn't let me proceed with zero stars
