However sulphur is an important element in fertiliser used to grow sugar cane to improve sugar content. From data available on the internet hardly any sulphur gets intobthe sugarcane juice! **Q: How do I store it? Can it be used to make brown sugar?** A: You can Store it the refrigerator too, no harm was found. Regarding drying it, I have not tried, you can try drying in the sun with a small quantity and do your own research and development/R&D. **Q: How long can it be used after opening the seal? I've tried other Indian brands and find this one the best, but... If you've had the opportunity to taste British or American 'Blackstrap Molasses', you'll understand what I'm about to say. The 'foreign' product is always very consistent in flavor and viscosity, while I've noticed that this one has it's 'good batches & bad ones'. When it's good, it is almost on par with their foreign counterparts. Usually however the flavor is more like liquified jaggery/guar, without the 'bite' and sharpness that one buys Blackstrap Molasses for.
