We have an older ELGI (1.75L) wet grinder - which has been working well for several years. However, if there are senior citizens or users who are advised against carrying weights then the heavier models become useless. We purchased this small ELGI (1.25L) grinder as it is easy to use (because of lower weight) and it makes enough batter for a small family to last a week a single grinding session. ELGI is simply the best quality product for grinders and entirely justifies the higher price.

Really love how compact this grinder is, as it fits easily in a small kitchen, works same as any other size grinder, many said mixer grinder s enough for a small kitchen but I suggest to have this compact grinder as it is hands free, makes a lot of difference in the quantity and quality of batter, since it's small easy to carry and clean as well.

We are already using ELGI ULTRA 2.5 LITRES grinder for 13 years no problem faced till now it's working good. so we need another grinder for other purpose so ordered small ULTRA grinder and it's works without any problems & Sound is so minimal when we compare with my old ULTRA grinder. Price is bit High compare with other brands but It's Good in Durability. I am Reviewing this after one month of usage.

Worst grinder. Have received defective piece. Every part is damaged. Takes forever to grind rice. Even the top quality rice (soaked for more than 6 hours) takes more than half n hr.Ultra 2L is very good, but this 1.25L is just pathetic. Money wasted. The pot doesnt even fit properly.

The media could not be loaded. The grinder is small and cute, best suited for small family - ours is family of 4. The 1.2 Ltr grinder container can also be used to store the batter in the fridge. It is light weight so it is easy to lift, pour the batter in another container and clean. Ultra also comes up with attachments like batter cleaner, coconut scraper and atta kneader available on their official site.Since it consumes very less space, it does not take much space on counter top and those of who want to store it below in shelves, it is convenient too, as it is light weight and easy to lift. I also found a sewing machine cover on Amazon which is best suited to cover the grinder and looks good too!! Happy about both the purchases from Amazon! :)

This grinder makes the batter smooth and soft its grinds well. The noise level is as usual like every grinders. There is not batter leakage if you are using minimal quantity for grinding. The quality and look of this grinder is awesome. Totally I consider this product is value for money.If you are using larger quantity I wont recommend this product to you
