These gloves are Excellent for using a Hard Speedball Punching Bag. I'm female and have larger hands, so the L/XL size was Perfect for me.The Knuckle Padding is very thick and protects this essential area of your hand. The wrist wraps [attached to the glove] are very durable and fit well.The best part of these is that they're machine washable and dryer safe. I would suggest securing the wrist wraps as normal, but also using a large Safety Pin to keep them from unraveling in the washer & dryer. I didn't do this at first, and it took a while to separate the gloves from a pair of pajama pants that the wrist wraps had tangled up with LOL. The wraps are strong and didn't even rip.By the way, they will shrink a little after the first washing, so don't be afraid of getting the larger size.I highly recommend these gloves & plan to get additional colors.

I bought these boxing inner gloves and found the material to be quite durable. However, the sizing is a bit off. As an adult female weighing about 120lbs, I usually wear a size S, but these gloves feel more like a M+. It is too loose, and the hole for the thumb opens halfway up my palms, making it very uncomfortable. They don't fit well inside my boxing gloves, as they are supposed to keep the gloves tight. Overall, not very comfortable for their intended use. I expected a better fit for proper support.

Gloves fulfill their function

I use these gloves for light striking of 60lb work out bag. So far they have listed 60 days with intermittent working out. Dislike they feel a little cheap but the wrapping keeps my wrists locked. They are lighter not bulky like some gloves tend to be. If your working power with a heavier canvas bag 4--6 times a week 45 min to 1hr. They probably won't last might want a more durable glove due to working in a heavier canvas bag can due a number on your knuckles bare handed and sure would eat up these gloves!!
