I disliked that the bucklesWeren't sewn on where it can come off if packed wrong.

I bought this backpack in April to decorate for a trip in May. This was supposed to be my travel backpack. The first time I used it the zipper to the inside pocket broke. Very inconvenient. I have not had any other problems yet. Plenty of space; however, the side pockets are too small for my Galaxy Note 10 phone which is where I keep my phone in backpacks. I will make this work because it is past the time to return it and I decorated it, but I don't think I would buy it again. I really utilize those outside and inside pocket when I travel.If anything else pops up I will do an update.

The backpack is cute, but more narrow and taller/deeper than I was expecting. My daughter was able to get about 4 - 1inch binders, plus three packs of filler paper and some other miscellaneous items inside. I'm curious to see how long it will hold up once she puts more items in it. The pockets on the side are smaller. We put a 16oz, slim Starbucks tumbler in it. Anything wider than that (a standard plastic water bottle) will not fit. In the front pocket we found three cute iron on patches and the cute zipper attachment. Not sure how it will be when it starts to rain. It may bleed because the straps are starting to show signs of blue from the dye. Overall it's cute, but may updates review in a few months.

Love it. Cute. Sturdy. Only needs more pockets.

Purchased this for my daughter for school. We’re only about a month in, but so far, it seems to be holding up well. She really likes it and it is roomy enough for her school laptop.
