Nice timer that works as advertised. It is simple to use, just type in the time with the number keypad and hit start. You can pause it if you need to and restart where you left off. Easy and simple to use. Runs on standard AAA battery. Has a little hinged tab that can be used to hang it on a peg or nail, and also has a magnet to attach it to something metal. I use it for timing 10 meter air pistol 60 round qualification rounds. The little tab angles the timer perfect on my table. This is a good choice especially if you need a timer that can countdown over long time periods.

I like the fact that the timer includes settings for hours. Easy to use. Really good loud sound. Comes with batteries.

If only the little magnets on the back were flush with the case instead of inset I would have given this five stars. It's a great timer and is loud enough to alert you when it's time. I love how easy it is to set and depend on for it's accuracy. I hate that the magnets barely hold it to a metal surface, which is one feature that I really rely on.

This is a terrific timer. The pros are Excellent display... you can read the time across the room at a wide viewing angle, Can count up/down to 99Hrs, 99Min, 99Sec., Has keypad to easily set the time, none of this +/- to count up & down, Has a alarm silence switch so the alarm doesn't sound at 00:00 but does have a flashing red LED that flashes at 00:00 even if silenced, uses 2 AAA batteries, included, that last a long time and are inexpensive compared to button watch batteries. Con is the alarm is pretty loud.... so remove 3 small screws and add a 300 ohm resistor in series with the beeper and it's a perfect volume! Not everyone can do this, but I found it a really simple solution. BobM

I love that I can mute the sound as I program, then turn sound back on for the alarm. Also I love that there are number buttons to set the alarm (instead of pushing the minute button 120 times to get 2 hours). I bought a second one so I have a backup. I might have to buy another so I can put it in my office.

I like buying from a company that listens to the customers. This is the second timer I bought from this company. The first is still working well but has one drawback. It is too heavy to allow the magnet to keep it attached to my refrigerator. The reviews stated that this was a problem. So what does this company do? They reengineered it. It weighs just a little less. That difference keeps it securely attached to my refrigerator. The other features; easy to set, good volume, large display are still intact. This is a great timer. This is a company that works to create a product that meets the needs of the customer.

Very simple to use and very loud enough to hear from other rooms in the house. I like that it retains the last setting used so you can easily repeat alarm for the same time frame. Attaches securely with a magnet to the refrigerator. I am no longer using my cell phone with sticky fingers as a timer. It works for me, because my microwave timer is often not available.

I found this timer! It is silent while timing (unlike the ticking of a mechanical timer) and can go up to 99 hours, perfect for timing our clothes dryer when I set it at 80 minutes (entered as 8000 to have it show 00 hours, 80 minutes, 00 seconds). We haven't used it for crock pot recipes but since those usually run several hours it would be great for timing those, too. (My wife has a crock pot recipe that runs several hours.) Only down side is that when the switch is set to speaker the beeping is loud (at least to my ears), so when timing the preheating of the oven or entering digits I often move the switch to "Silent" and wait for the LED to flash; but when actually cooking will slide the switch back to "speaker" so I don't mess when the food should come out of the oven. I haven't used the memory function (after it has gone blank, hitting a key will bring back the most recent time entered) but I could imagine it would be convenient if cooking several batches of cookies in a row or cooking one pizza right after another. We just haven't had the occasion to do this in the short time we have received the timer. Overall, I MUCH PREFER this timer to the mechanical timer. Overall, I definitely recommend this timer! (Same company also makes a 3-timers device, but we usually need just one timer at a time at home.)

This is a great timer. You just put the time in instead of having to press the button for every min. or hour. nice loud sound so you can here it in another room and not have to pack it around with you. Good price.

Timer is solid and easy to use. AAA batteries make it lasting for long time on one set, signal is quite loud, number pad makes it very easy to set up, display big enough. Magnet helps to keep it handy.

Loud beep, useful silent option with just the flashing light indicator, numbers for quick set, count-up and count-down, hours:minutes:seconds, handy stand, magnets, and hole for hanging. All good. Unfortunately Amazon sent me only one of the two timers that I ordered, but they fixed it with a credit.

Exactly as described and I would buy this item again.
