Sprouted within a week
This area was started the first week of Oct 2021. Watered 2 times a day and saw results within a week. Still needs to thicken up. Update 11/30/2021 almost 2 months later. This is how it looks after it thickened up and has been mowed once since sowed first week of October. Bit of advice, you cannot put down any sort of weed and feed fertilizer within a month and sow seeds. It will not germinate. You most definitely need to water 2 times a day for at least 2 weeks to see results. I double seeded the area again days after first picture was posted and used Scotts seed starter fertilizer as well to get the new growth thickened. This also aid with more germination and growth.

Do Not buy !!! I am extremly dissatisfied with a recent purchase. I bought three bags fofor nearly $300, and the quality is unacceptable. Despite following the necessary steps, only about 10% of the seeds grew. This product is poor quality, and I am very disappointed with the results given the high cost. I would like to request a resolution regarding this matter, such as a full refund for the three bags. But i don't think that will ever happen. So if you want to throw away some money go ahead and buy, otherwise buy somewhere else !!!
