It is an extension candle and it works. What more can I say. It is kind of nice to be able to use the device with some slack. No awkward positions! Wireless is better, but hey, this is just fine!

Perfect slimline unit. I used it to bring my motorcycles OBDII port out to panniers on a long distance ride (so I had access to the port if i needed it without removing all the bags). The rightangle and flat cable allowed it to easily route through fairing without applying any pressure.

As advertised, works well. Plugs are thick so you need to work to tick everything neatly back under the dash bit no problems with function and performance.

I bought the OBD2 code reader and unfortunately where the connector is on my car I could not use it because there is a piece of the dashboard molding blocking the connection. The extension cable works flawlessly. The L-shaped connections make it easy to use the code reader. Would be better for the extension cable people to get together with the code reader people and sell the two things together as a bundle package. I can't be the only one having this problem.

Service was fast and efficient. The Cable shipped and showed up on time.This OBD2 cable is ~24 inches in length with 2 right angle connectors. One male and one female. On my 2014 RAM 1500 diesel, the OBD2 port is right below the steering column and in such a way that the cable points up when installed. This isn't much of a problem but if you are considering routing this cable for a more permanent installation then consider this before you decide to purchase. It is also too short to really go very far but longer versions are available. Consider what will work best for your use case scenario.

Everything is in the right place: cable length is right, quality and agility of the cable is also great, no technical issues, exactly what I wanted!!! Much recommended!

This extension cable works great with my wi-fi code reader. My Jeep has a manual transmission, and with where my OBDII port is, when the code reader is plugged directly in, it gets in the way of using the clutch pedal a bit. Now I use this cable and the code reader can just sit in the inside door pocket, out of the way of my left leg.
