I seldom go exactly by a recipe anyway and often combine several. The book has pictures for steps and finished recipe. Gives step by step instructions. It offers several recipes for all kinds of meat, seafood, breads and desserts. Also delivered promptly. Well worth the small price! Highly recommended!
