I'm a dog groomer and I love this product! It has got pros and cons if you're using it in a professional salon.Cons: it's not good for drying the entire dog from right out of the bath, I find that it's perfect to use as a finishing handheld dryer once you have blasted first. The cable is too short for salon use. Some dogs like it less that the stand or finishing dryer and won't tolerate it around the head and face area. It's got a great feature that will make it switch off to avoid overheating but that means, in a busy salon, that you might not be able to use it on every dog. I'm actually willing to purchase another one so I'm never out. Lastly, the brush is too big to work on smaller breeds, I wish there were other sizes I could purchase for toy breeds.Pros: if you blast the dog to at least 80% dry, you can use this product to fluff dry. It works like magic! It makes fluff drying a lot easier and faster and works tangles and knots amazingly! The finishing it gives it's amazing! It gives so much shine to the coat! Customers have definitely noticed the difference in shine and texture. I also love that I can safely use it on a dry coat, due to the bristles being soft rather than medium or hard, which could damage the coat. It's a great deshedding tool too!On the picture, the leg next to the brush has been fluffed dried using this product while the other only using a blaster. You can see the difference in volume!

The product works great. It's not too loud or too hot. It takes a while to dry your animal with it.The only negative thing is that the hair dryer brush is way too big to be used on a cat. I thought it would be smaller.I think this product is great for dogs but not for cats

This is a brilliant product,wished I brought this a long time ago,Only issue I had was trying to do the front legs as it’s quite big but I guess it’s just trying to get use to it.

Love this product and not too noisy so my dog doesn’t mind it either . Easy to use and gets the job done quickly .

Love this because off weather it was hard to wash my dog and dry him now with this makes it easier my dog didn't like it at first but got used to noise it's easy to use so worth the money
