The Sebamed site specifically states that there is no parabens or mineral oil in this product yet the description here lists those ingredients.

I do not know if it does, but for a sensitive skin it has a very strong smell and my face reacted to it. I ended up buying a couple of bars of shea butter soap! The soap works out great. But I will not buy Sebamed products ever again. They all have a strong smell, sensitive or not, they all smell the same.

how much moisturizer should you put on your face?

It all depends upon how dry your skin is. I've been using this lotion for over 26 years on my face and rarely had to use twice a day. Anyway, not much qty, really. Just a little bit would do you good for 24 hours.
