Worked Perfectly!
I purchased these because the generic ink I was using in our sublimation printer was no longer working, I was extremely partial to the generic ink. This solved our problem! I'm a happy camper

Not Sawgrass Compatible
Had to return because these are not compatible with my sG500. I’m guessing it did some kind of update since these were made.

Poor quality chip
They chips would not hold on place. Each one popped out from its place holder.

Saved 4 full ink tanks!
They were super easy to switch and got me back on track.I will never buy from sawgrass again because of this underhanded way to price gouge but I will use this printer until the wheels fall off.

They work
They definitely work. You just need to put them on correctly, put the cartridges in far enough, and set up the printer. At first I thought they didn't work, but then I tried again and it was fine. Don't give up after the first try or even after two or three tries.
