DONT BUY. Very cheaply made only reason I bought it was because I couldn’t find the other bracket I bought before. I just needed to replace it since the screw insert was worn down. So I ordered this one and I was just about screwing jt on when the screw it came with snaps off and broke into twp pieces. DO NOT BUY

Perfect for the Canon G7X Mark III
This extension plate works great! It fits perfectly on the Canon G7X Mark III. It doesn’t wiggle at all like other plates I have tried and allows easy access to the battery and memory card area. It’s also nice because it doesn’t make the camera feel super bulky.

Works really well with my micro rode mic but I can imagine it wouldn’t work too well with anything bigger because the mic enters the shot
