CRAFTSMAN Quality Aftermarket Belt with Kevlar - Compatible with: 429636, 532429636, 197253, 532197253 Poulan Husqvarna

I bought a used lawnmower, and unfortunately the model information sticker was all but vanished,, so I ended up guessing at the model it was. They guy I bought it from had a messed up drive pulley (that I had to replace) but he had made it work with a 95" belt. When I put that belt on the new pulley. it was too tight -- there was no clutch. So I went to order a new one, and I made the wrong guess. They had a very nice system for sending it back, so that was cool.Now here's the gripe. I wanted to be a nice guy and buy another belt from this vendor, so I spent the afternoon looking through his listings trying to find a better belt size. Problem is, he lists all the model numbers associated with the belt, but NEVER MENTIONS THE ACTUAL BELT SIZE. I spent literal hours trying to find one in their store. I finally gave up, went to the search box and entered the size I thought might work -- and an answer popped right up. I ordered it from that vendor.Seriously guys -- add the belt lengths to the description...

I recently bought another belt that was slightly cheaper but it only lasted about 10 minutes. It was too small. This fit perfectly and I just mowed for about 40 minutes with it. It fit and felt like the original factory belt. I have a 2017 Craftsman 42 inch T 2300 mower and it calls for Craftsman #429636

I just got around to putting the belt on, and I did something I don't usually do. I took for granite the belt was the one I needed so I put it on, and discovered it was the wrong belt. I said I didn't want the deck belt. The one that drives the blades. I said I wanted the drive belt. I didn't know at the time that it was the Tractor Hydro Drive Belt. The belt I received was about 9" too long. I really don't know how the belt would perform because I haven't had the chance to try it. Please let me know if you have the right belt. I don't need this to be published. Thanks!

The cheaper ones (and many I've bought}, are the right length but the other dimensions are smaller, so my Craftsman YT 3000 went right through them. This belt is as advertised, O.E.M., right size all around. Just an f.y.i., check your belt guides by the engine pulley, if it slips off it'll slice through.

I needed a ground drive belt for my Craftsman lawnmower, 22hp, 48" deck (model from circa 2014, Husqvarna build). Imagine my surprise when I opened my package and saw a Poulan Pro 42" deck belt! I was upset as I thought I was shipped the wrong item, but took another look. The number on the label matched one of the other numbers in the title, and that was interchangeable with the number for the belt I needed. I installed it, and it works!

Belt didn't look like the one in the pics, no sleeve, and info was covered up with sharpie. Removed sharpie and belt was made in India. So, we'll see if it lives!?

Arrived sooner than promised. The belt is kevlar banded, and the banding appears heavier than the OEM belt on my 15 year old lawn tractor, providing a better and more positive on the drive pulleys, with less slippage. I suspect this belt will out last the remaining life in my tractor.

It’s just a tiny bit too long, so, on my YT3000 it falls off the pulleys almost every time I disengage the blades, and then I have to crawl under there and reattach it. When engaged, however, it works great. Just needed to be like 1/4” shorter.

We ordered the size our machine required however the belt we received, although listed as the correct size was larger than we could use.
