It says 72 pieces but the description only gives 66 pieces. What's missing if it doesn't come with the fuel cans?

How many times i can use it?

Has Much time as you wanted, What I did is that I use these pans that came with for Tray Water heat, then I Bought Half Trays So I can have 2 in each Rack for Serving. Once the party is over I throw away the water And pack it up. For the serving Spoons I wash them up in Dish or you can wash by hand. I had use mine 4 times already and they still in Good conditions. Worth Every Dollars. You’ll love them trust me .
