I was an athlete, did my time in the military, and generally did active / vigorous things most of my life. I’ve had heat exhaustion more than once and known some pretty tough cramps, but nothing I would call remarkable. Gatorade, water, and occasionally even some pedialyte always did the trick. Then I got older and that changed drastically.Now if I do a full day of yard work in the heat, no matter how much I hydrate or how much sun blocking stuff I wear, I am all but guaranteed to wake up in the middle of the night with mind-bendingly excruciating leg cramps. I have a high pain tolerance and a laundry list of major injuries - the pain of these cramps was alright up there with the worst of them. Didn’t want to do that again. Ever.I rapidly tried a few things with Krampade thankfully being one of those I tried early on. It is worth its weight in gold. Nothing else comes close (for me at least). If I’ve wiped myself out working outside on a hot day, I drink one glass after dinner and so far (knock on wood), no cramps - not once. The couple of times I’ve failed to do that cramps woke me like before, but if I drink a glass then the cramps fade quickly (within a few minutes) and stay gone. The taste isn’t great, but it isn’t terrible either and it beats the heck out of the pain of cramping.Your chemistry or metabolism may be different and maybe your results will vary, but I swear by this stuff and will keep a stock of it so long as it continues to be available.

got this product as a suppliment since i hardly get any potassium with how i eat. it works great. used to be bloated from all the salt and water in my diet and not only is that gone but im not constantly hungry every couple hrs now. the taste though is not great. i would suggest doubling the water and adding a flavor packet (so far anything lemonade works well) to make it more palletable. would give it 5* because of effectivness but the flavor could be better.

I am I type one Diabetic on Insulin daily. I made a mistake and failed to see that this product is pure sugar. All calories and carbs are 100% sugar based. Please label your product with this warning and in your product write up. I focused completely on the 4000 mg of Potassium which I was looking for because I have constant leg cramps almost every night and the only way I get my potassium is to eat 1 can of spinach BUT to get anything close to 4700 mg of potassium I need to eat 4 cans of spinach. I am sure you see my dilemma here. Do you have a sugar free product with 4000 mg of potassium? This is what I am looking for.

It also shipped faster than expected and they gave me 3 free individual drink mix packages as a surprise for free. Great company. Also came with a pamphlet of all there products and a scientific description of how their product works.

I nearly died from dehydration and was pointed to this item by a friend. If you are cramping, fatigued, etc. this is far better than Gatarade, Powerade or any sportsdrink. I like the taste. I told my gym to keep some on hand and I tell my friends who have athletic children to keep some.
