They do not resist heat at all
I bought these in the hope that I can use them on some of my pots. I put them on while cooking, they instantly become hot just like the handles. So I took them off to put them on when I need to pick up the pot , they became hot right away, and they are not flexible to fit the pot handles, they are totally useless.

Burnt my hand! Be safe buy a different product
These are advertised for cast iron but they got VERY hot on my skillet. Just be sage and buy a different product.
