Fake leather.
I’m just a DIY guy who has a big project ahead of me so I wouldn’t be using the belt all day 5 days a week but I can already tell this in not the rig for me. The pockets seem nice to me but with this being my first rig I don’t have a comparison. There are several areas that are not real leather. The belt and the attachment on the pockets to the belt and a few of their places aren’t leather and are very stiff and uncomfortable and put pressure on my hips. I have do doubt the belt will fail, all fake leather belts I’ve ever had always failed. I will be returning this belt and buying something different.

Great looking belt, price is reasonable, features are awesome.
Love this belt. Has multiple pockets for the tools I use. Break in period was about 1 month or so. Durability so far has been great. It's been almost a year since I purchased it and its holding up nicely.Only drawback is I usually where my hammer in the side but over all all the features are good.

Made well...
Great product over all and well made too... I do a little of everything around the jobsite and carry an assortment of tools and fasteners along with measuring devices, this belt has pockets for them all.

Not for subdivision framers
The bad: leather is really thin. Just over a 1/16th thick on the inside. Will not last more than a year in subdivision framing (6 months tops is my guess) I will bet money a spike is going to poke through in less than 2months. Forget about the nail puller going in the inside slot thing its gonna stab right thru the bottom. 25mm Olfa does not fit in the inner slots. Rivets are cheap as fxxxGood: big pouches, layout punked from OccidentalDO NOT RECOMMEND TO PRO HOUSE FRAMERS.rough in and reno guys who take it easy go for it but don't expect

Low quality
Poor quality leather. Like cardboard. Pouches ok. Belt is terrible. You get what you pay for. Should have bought a Occidental leather pouch for 2x as much.
