Nice n' Limey but too salty, basic flavor
It's okay. I love lime pickle so my review is pretty biased/skewed.Firstly, it's REALLY SALTY, but I like the big chunks of lime peel in it. Unlike a home recipe I've had before, absolutely no bitterness from the limes, which was a welcome thing. There are the occasional lime seed, which at first gave me pause, but you can easily just chew through them. It says it has fenugreek in it, but I haven't ran into a single kernel of it throughout the entire jar, so I'm not even sure if it's in there. So it's good, but not the best lime pickle. If you need it in a pinch, get it. Otherwise I'd try making my own or finding a more reputable brand. I got it for half the price listed here at my local Indian grocer. It has an overall basic lime and slight spice flavor. It has a VERY mild kick to it, just approaching old/oxidized hot sauce.
