Don’t waste your money
Avoid this product and seller at all cost! Everything negative that has been said in reviews is accurate. I unfortunately was only able to use these controllers for about a month before not 1 both controllers that I purchased started to go unresponsive while playing COD. I say unfortunate because by the time they stopped working, I was outside my 30 day refund window and had to pay a restock fee. About a week ago, 1 of them started disconnecting from the system randomly and other times got my player stuck spinning around. The other started doing the same thing this week. I thought when the first one did it, it was just temporary and an isolated issue. When it happened to the second one, I started to take note to how it happens. The one thing both of these controllers had in common is they both would start to become unresponsive or erratic after they were warm from gripping. It appears that the warmth they get from simply holding them causes the internal parts to no longer function properly. When I switched to the second controller, it worked fine up until it was hand temperature warm which only took about 15 minutes. When left alone and becoming room temperature, I tried using either again which resulting in the same problem only minutes later.These controllers are complete garbage considering not 1 but 2 of them stopped working properly and I’m certain it wasn’t just by random luck. By now, the manufacturer should know what they are selling (defective cheap garbage) but doesn’t care so think about that when choosing this product. For me, paying the restock fee was better than keeping these defective controllers.

Faulty features, stick lag and over draw
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Thought it might’ve been a fluke the first time don’t waste your money. First one I got I couldn’t play COD due to the lag and over drag of the sticks would almost make me do a 360, so I got a second one hoping it would help, same thing, try a different game, certain features don’t even work. If you’re a gamer don’t waste your time get something else.

Great for ps4, couldn't connect to PC
If I'm not mistaken, the description said this controller could connect to the pc. This is the only reason I bought it. I am computer savvy and could not find a driver, nor get it to connect. Had to return. Worked on my ps4.

received my PS4 controller this morning. Box was in good shape, controller and all functions working properly according to a new PS4 controller standards. Shipment was fast and easy to order. Highly recommended as you can also purchase a protection plan that's better, cheaper and lasts longer than any other warrenty to date.

Bad controller
Battery life was terrible. This controller held a charge for about 10-15 minutes before it died.

Happy with my new remote
