I'm not completely disappointed by this bra, but I'm not happy with it either. I have a bra in 36B at home and the brand is known to run a little small. So I thought I would buy a 36 and to size up a cup since the one I have at home almost doesn't fit me anymore. This bra is terrible compared to my old one. It fits snug around the chest (even smaller than my old bra which is supposed to "run small"!) and the cups just fit weird. They're not small or big, the size is just fine, it just doesn't feel very right on my breasts. It was worth a try for just 16 bucks, but I can't say I'm very satisfied with it.UPDATE: I wore the bra for a whole day, and it got better. I guess it didn't feel right at first because I was used to my old bras and this one just has a different shape and fit. It's perfect around my chest and the cups are starting to feel better. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Still, I don't know if I would consider buying this bra again, but i know for sure that i will be wearing it and it won't just be sitting in the drawer.

Very flat I needed something with a lil more umph

While Barely There was still a viable company, Hanes was making their own version of this same bra and I noticed that it seemed much skimpier than the Barely There version - so when Barely There got subsumed by the Hanes company I was nervous they would ruin my go-to bra - with good reason. I tried several of the new Hanes bras in a store and thought again the bras are skimpier, tighter, and the fabric does not seem as soft. Nevertheless, I got desparate to replace my old Barely There bras and ordered this. Wow- WAY TOO SMALL!! First of all, I question that what I got is even a Hanes bra. It did not have a Hanes tag or even any Hanes markings in the bra. It did have the number 4104 which is the old Barely There style number, but nowhere in the bra is it marked Barely There. And it is tourniquet tight - and the straps are super short even at their fullest length. I cannot imagine how this bra could be converted into a cross strap bra with such short straps. In the meantime, I found the same style and size in a dept. store, just a different color and the pebbled fabric instead of the smooth. I bought it, brought it home, and measured it against this Amazon bra - wow, the Amazon bra (which I am returning) is a full 2 inches shorter in the band, and the cups are smaller. Where is the consistency!? Oh- and even if the straps were long enough, I probably couldn't tolerate them because the edges are sharp like knives. Never had this problem with Barely There. I really wish Barely There came back - never had a problem with consistency with them, and they always used soft fabrics, soft threads, had long enough, soft straps, etc. By the way, Hanes, if you are listening, I would much rather pay extra for a consistent, soft, good quality bra. If you want to keep manufacturing your old cheap Walmart-quality lines, I am fine with that, but if you are also going to take on Barely There line, then you need to step up and deliver Barely There quality!

I've had this bra for ~1 week now. I am a size 34A, and this bra fit well. The shoulder straps are comfortable and I enjoy the adjustment on the front of the strap - it is not too bulky, and is not seen through shirts. The cups are not padded, just lightly lined, and I feel this gives appropriate coverage of the nipples. I enjoy wearing this bra because there is no gap between the cup and my chest at all, unlike other bras I have worn in the past. I have not noticed the edge of the cups with thinner shirts, so this is a versatile bra. The only complaint I have is that the band underneath the breasts is a little wide and the underwire sits lower than some bras. This is just a comfort issue, and something I am having to get used to since my other bras did not feel like this. I would order this bra again, and recommended it to other small-chested women.

I'm going on a Mediterranean Cruise and need to pack light. So I did an Internet search for lightweight, comfortable, support bras and this was at the top of the list. I saw they were available at a local department store but they were pricey and I needed several of them. I don't usually buy these items online because I prefer to try them on. But Amazon had them at 1/3 the cost and they offered Free Returns so what the heck. I was very pleasantly surprised with the bra. The fit is perfect, the support is good, it has just enough padding in the cup area and it takes up less space in my luggage. I have washed them several times and the fit is still good. To top it off the bra has convertible straps! The other day I wore one with a regular tank top but decided on wearing a racer-back instead. It was a breeze to switch the straps. Suffice it to say that I am happy with the purchase and am going to order a few more.

The lace bras are not sized the same as just the plain black, white or taupe. I've been buying the plain bras (white, taupe and black) for a couple years and they fit awesome and I love how they convert so easily and are so smooth under snug t-shirts. Well, I lost 10 pounds and went down a cup size and reordered and decided to try the lace in addition to the regular colors (taupe, white, black) and the lace are baggy while the regular colors fit perfect. The lace bras actually create a flipping out lip on the edge of the bra, like a curled potato chip. Very annoying. Didn't try to return them since I'd worn them and washed them and doubted they'd take them back. DO NOT STRAY FROM THE PLAIN WHITE, TAUPE, OR BLACK.

very lighly padded, good coverage and very comfortable.

This is a bra that I especially love, cannot live without it!
