We bought this book for my 3 year old son in preparation for his big job helping his uncle get married. The book helped him know what to expect and was told in a typical storybook way. By the time we flew out for the wedding, my son was telling me how he was going to be "Unc's" big helper at the wedding and carry a pillow with the rings and asking where the aisle was that he was going to walk down! No stage fright when it came to the actual rehearsal and wedding. He actually had to help the flower girl--they ended up walking down together! :)

This is an adorable book!!! We bought it for my cousin who will be our ring bearer in our wedding next year and gave it to him after we asked him to be in our wedding. He wasn't exactly sure what a ring bearer was, being only 4, but he couldn't wait to read the book after we asked him!!! It's a great way to explain to them what happens on the wedding day!!!

We used this book to ask our Ring Bearer to be in our wedding. He loved the book and we shared a great bonding moment reading the book together! The book is about a boy who is asked to be a ring bearer in his uncle's wedding, and he talks about how he thinks that means he has to turn into a bear. He eventually learns about wearing a suit, his dad tying his tie, carrying the pillow and eating cake at the reception! Cute book!

I bought this book for my 3 year old nephew, and it's mate "Most Special Flower Girl" for his twin sister, who will be the ring bearer & flower girl at their uncle and I's wedding this spring. I just so happen to be Auntie Sarah, just like the bride in the story, which he picked up on right away when I read it to him the first time, "Ma tante ma tante you're in the story!". According to their mother and my future mother in law, these stories have been required reading every night at bedtime since they received them before Christmas, with all of the names in the stories changed to suit our family course. Luckily for the readers, these stories aren't cheesy or overly simplified like some children's books, they are actually quite informative and pleasant to read. I would highly recommend this book and the flower girl book to any bride looking for a keepsake that will be both fun and instructive for their littlest attendants!

Book was perfect for what I needed it for. It introduced my little 2.5 yr old ring bearer to what a wedding was, as well as his role in the wedding. Our ring bearer was amazing too. He did SUCH a good job! Most kids aim to do a "good job!", and they can do it a lot better if they know what is expected of them. This book helped our ring bearer understand what to expect in a wedding, as well as what was expected of him. The pictures were quite helpful, better than other ring bearer books that I bought. Some others just had pictures of really random things placed in a circle around the text. This book had much better pictures. For example, it had pictures of a boy trying on a tux, carrying a pillow down the aisle, and eating cake at the reception. I would suggest buying it if you need help explaining to a little boy what a wedding is/what a ring bearer does, or even just want to give a nice gift to your ring bearer.

Got this book to ask our 1.5 year old nephew to be our ring bearer. We weren't sure what to get him and when I saw the book I thought it was a great idea because they can read it to him for the next few years. The story is very cute as well. Definitely recommend if you don't know what to get your nephew or young boy ring bearer!
