This is highly recommended to keep the product as fresh as possible. If the product is stored on a counter or on a shelf in direct sunlight then it might cause issues. Due to the many various ways that you could store the product we always suggest refrigerating, especially after opening it. We also recommend that you consume the product in 30 days after opening.

As Omega Fatty Acids oxidize easily, it is important to minimize any factors that may accelerate this process. Additionally, iron competes for absorption with other minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, as well as other nutrients. By removing iron from our formulation, we ensure that it does not interfere with the absorption of these essential nutrients. To ensure the best absorption and effectiveness of each nutrient, it is generally recommended to take iron separately from other nutrients in a multivitamin.
