If you trace this product from one end to the other, along one particular color, you'll see the ends are different. There is a cable sold by Tecmate, an Optimate O-27 that accomplishes this, but it's only 18 AWG. You may need a thicker cable, and as far as I know there isn't one out there. Only other option is to splice two wires together with a soldering gun to get the correct configuration.
