Bought this for a 100 lb chocolate lab with a sturdy build. I have had it for YEARS and I still use it everyday. I however hardly ever use it with a leash. When I do, I use the back clip instead of the front. When I use the front clip, the harness tends to goes sideways (probably because I don’t keep the harness tight) THE HANDLE ON THE BACK IS A BLESSING! It allows me to walk with her when I’m going short distances and I don’t want to leash up if there’s other dogs. While boating she jumped out once and couldn’t get back in this allowed me to lift her and it doesn’t break with her heavy weight. When I go hiking and there’s cliffs it’s great to help maneuver your pet up with you which can be difficult with large dogs (however if you are super weak and unable to lift your fur baby then these things still may be an issue for you) If your trying to get a ball or something out of your dogs mouth and they won’t drop it it’s a good thing to have to quickly snatch the handle and get the thing from them. The straps do come a little loose but I only had that problem when I was running my dog at high speeds (15-20mph) over time the supporting band gets a little looser as well. Overall though if you are rough on things and so is your fur baby I would get this because it doesn’t break. I do recommend you actually look at the sizing requirements because I just bought a large because that’s her usual size and now I wonder if I should have gone a little smaller. I have only used the side pocket bags a couple times and there great however they do kinda flop around on your dog and look funky but still great if your hiking and need them to carry things for you. I’m pretty sure I had treats in them once just tucked into the zipper not fully pulled out and she went swimming and they came out dry. I would not put your phone in it at all because I don’t believe it’s waterproof and it’s just so floppy when my dog runs.

This harness was just about right and so we decided to risk it because I really like the idea of the doggie bag dispenser and storeable side pockets (which are both very nice in practice).Based on their listing here, this harness was going to be just slightly over the size we needed for her neck but we decided to go with it because our dog is still less than a year old and will probably grow one way or another, whether in girth or otherwise ... but, in practice, the neck portion is probably an inch or more too big and, since we use the front harness, her inevitable pulling loosens the front steps just a bit - making it even more loose. What results is that the harness twists around her and restricts her one front leg from having full movement.In rating it four stars, I considered that the quality is surprisingly good. The materials seem to be of high quality and it seems sturdy made, as opposed to cheap. On some products, the stitching is a warning sign but this stitching is solid and the materials are sound. It's just ... nice ... I was pleasantly surprised. While the neck strap is a bummer for us, that's partly on account of our risking it being a little too big in the first place ... and partly due to it being bigger than advertised, combined with slippage.If you're on the small side of a range for either neck or chest, it's certainly something you want to consider. With that said, I would absolutely buy this product as a gift for others if their dog is comfortably within the middle of both sizing ranges. I think that's important and highlights that the product reality is of quality and has some desirable features.

Nice heavy duty harness. Strong metal rings at front and back attachment points, The handle on the back is great for extra control, and comfortable for larger hands. Doody bag dispenser is very handy.Love the stowable cargo bags. Available when need without making my girl look like some K9 Rambo wannabe the rest of the time.

This is my second order of this harness. It is very heavy duty and has not failed or torn, despite an 85 pound dog pulling against it with all his might. This harness has been a lifesaver.

I was extremely pleased with the overall harness, but gave three stars on the main part because the clasp are so hard to open. I returned one, and even the replacement is still very stiff and hard, but I am keeping it because I’m going on vacation and I have to have a harness with packs.

The media could not be loaded.  Size & weight are perfect for my 23# corgi but it never fits her snug enough & its always shifted to one side on her back. Also if you are going for a long walk, make sure all the Cushion is under the buckles.

Love the bright yellow of this harness, purchased because I needed a front and back harness but wanted easy on and off, poo bag dispenser is a plus! I have not used the bag pockets yet and likely will not after reading other reviews. Only 2 things I do not like: straps are the smooth and require adjustment constantly and the clips are super stiff making me nervous about pinching a finger or my dog. My weim does not have any irritation and does not seem to mind it. We bought a large and have front straps as tight as they will go and chest straps have room for more growth (she’s 8 months). Despite the straps and clips I would likely buy again if she is still pulling otherwise I was happy with the Joyride harness we had prior.

Le compré el extra grande a mi perro y aún así le quedó muy cerca de sus axilas y le rosan al caminar. Pero de ahí en más, es un excelente producto. Excelente calidad, además de que se ve chingón!!!

Received the harness in a properly packed box. It is the exact product I am looking for. It be great if the maker include an additional hook ring in front of the handle.👍

Personalmente me parece muy pesada para la función que debe cumplir.Las correas no son ajustables, es decir, sí se pueden ajustar, pero no se quedan fijas y a los 3 min de caminata, se vuelven a aflojar, por lo que si no le queda a la perfección al perro, no es muy útil.

The quality of this harness is fantastic. I use it all the time as my dog walks much better with the lead attached to this then his collar. If you can get this harness to fit well on your dog, you won't be disappointed.For my Airedale Terrier, the medium is slightly too big around the neck and at full extension around the waist.Initially purchased the large but was far too big around the neck.If the straps had a little more adjustment, this would fit more breeds.
