Q: Where can I find instructions on completely disassembling this for deep clean ing? Not just alternative ways to clean it out?

These wonderfully designed and well made bird feeders are easy to fill and clean. The manufacturer explains that the large tray/perch is easily removable which makes cleaning a breeze. I've successful done so and couldn't be happier with how it looks in my yard and how well it's weathered the various seasons. Great buy!

Q: Can you tell me the dimensions of the fill spout?

Mine is packed away because we are moving but if my memory serves me correctly the opening is about an inch square, maybe an inch and a quarter. I would like to add that I've had two of these feeders. The first one got damaged in an ice storm when a tree fell on it. I was so happy to find the exact replacement at Amazon! It is very durable and easy to fill with a funnel. It holds A LOT of seed! 😁 It looks so nice in the garden too!

Q: Having difficulty locking plastic tray on bottom

When my order arrived it was in one piece. Not sure why yours was in two pieces. Maybe check with seller. 😄

Q: Is the barn red or beige, the advertisement is conflicting?
