I have a sink that is in the corner of a small counterspace. Meaning standard dish racks can't drain into my sink without placing it at an awkward angle, but even that doesn't work in my situation. I was tired of water pooling up leaving slimy residue and other nasty gunk. I spent a lot of time researching alternative options. Dish racks with a spout drain seemed like the only option. The bottom pan is coated with a hydrophobic layer so water runs off easily. It fits on my counter and the removable second tier rack is a nice option. I like how there is a drain catcher for the utensil part too that drains into the main pan.My only issues with this pan are I wish the base was height adjustable and that the drain spout was longer. My sink is a country style one with a high lip. A cheap fix is purchasing 2-inch PVC sections as supports. As for the spout, it barely reaches enough so I need to find something to extend it. The spout can be swung into different directions, but the length only allows it to reach pass 3 of the edges. This means that the drainage feature has limited configurations depending on how to arrange it.All in all, this is a good dish rack that I would recommend. I guess I could have returned it but I didn't feel like going through the hassle of shipping it out again. If you have a corner sink placed at an awkward 45º angle, then using the hacks I mentioned can make it work effectively.

The quality of the dish rack was very good except for one side that was welded or tacked that was crooked. The top rack is an excellent idea the plates stood up. Underneath the top plate rack there is not much room if you have large, deep cereal bowls. The dish rack should be a little wider and I prefer the rack with the flatware holder in the front side adjacent to the sink so when you are putting your flatware in the holder, water doesn't splash onto the counter. I like the design of the cup holders but would prefer them on the side. The mat with the drain spout underneath was the right length for my space. Great innovative design just a few tweaks.

My roommate and I hated our old draining board. It was two level but a lot of space was lost in the middle of the bottom level and difficult to store two peoples dishes on it. I researched a lot to find a good fit for us. Not only do we have a limited width between the sink and the stove. But, there is also a cabinet above that gives us limited height. I did some measurements and figured this may be a good fit. I did not think the little drain spout would fit because we have a lip around out sink. However I’m happy to find out that it was high enough to go over the lip.One down side is that I have squared plates that don’t fit too sturdily in the plate part. I broke one and almost broke any other. If a plate tilts behind a square plate the square falls right over.But not that I know this is an issue I can plan accordingly.Overall happy with the product

ONLY ONE SUGGESTION -- BACK "LEGS" SHOULD BE RAISED TO BE TALLER SO FRONT IS SLIGHTLY SLOAPED DOWNWARD FOR BETTER DRAINAGE -- STILL AN IMPROVEMENT OVER WHAT I HAD BUT IS BETTER BY PUTTING IT ON A ROLLED UP TOWEL TO RAISE THE BACK SO THE DRAIN ACTUALLY WORKS CONTINUOUSLY AND JUST WHEN THERE IS A LARGE VOLUME OF RUNOFF WATER FROM THE STACKED DISHES DRYING NATURALLY

I like the quality and sturdiness of this dish drying rack but the storage is really less. I bought this thinking as this is two tier dish rack I can fit all the utensils perfectly but I was unable to fit all of them as its really small compared to pictures . So if you want to fit this in small space with less dishes its perfect but if you want to fit more utensils its not made for that .

This dish drainer is just fine for the most part. Although it's really not made for normal-sized plates or dishes, but that's my bad for not reading the exact dimensions. My only issue is that when you put cups on the cup holders, they drip off the drip tray.

This drying rack looks nice and the drain area seems to work ok. Although one has to wonder what grows underneath after awhile. I had hoped that I would have extra space with this but because the plate rack sits over half of the bottom section it actually limits your space. You can remove the plate rack eliminating this problem but that defeats the purpose of having a compact drying area. Plus where would the plate rack drain if you removed it for use. I will keep it but would not recommend it for the reasons stated above.

I bought this bc my previous drying rack would get water sitting under and leave water marks all over my granite countertop even with a rag under. I love this product it is perfect for what I needed, the only this is my cabinets are very long and I can't put large plates on top of dish rack, hopefully when I move this won't be a problem.
