Works great and for what you get with it I would say excellent value for money. Always loved having the smell of oil burners_/incense cones at home when I was a kid. Helps cover the smell of any pets in the home you may have or if there are any smokers at home. As long as there are no breezes in the room the waterfall feature works great. Each cone maybe last about 5-8 minutes I would say so they do burn down quickly.

The smoke waterfall effect CAN be achieved, but not really with the supplied cones. In fact I don't recommend burning the supplied cones at all - they leave a nasty "artificial burnt wood" scent afterwards. Another weird thing about the supplied cones - unlit, they barely smell of anything. All this tells me that these have artificial binders, bulking agents and chemical scents. Avoid!!! I fear that this could put people off incense altogether, as this really isn't an authentic product at all.I get great results using proper backflow cones. My personal favourite at the moment is "Buddha's Blessing" from Satya in backflow format. Look for these, try them and you won't be disappointed! Those are as nice as men's aftershave. The difference is night and day between this and the stuff it comes with. I highly recommend Satya cones, very beautiful scents, and no nasty after effects. Just good, intricate and nice aromas. Toss the supplied stuff in the bin!!Also with the supplied black ceramic tray, you can always burn normal cones in that. Or even in the burner itself, although you won't get the backflow effect. Again I recommend Satya for these.This burner also comes with some sticks and coils as well. These are also low quality, and have a dry, acrid, ashy kind of scent and lingering after effects. Don't bother with those either.The burner and tray work very well, just get some REAL incense and enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful well worth the price

The item itself is cute and works perfectly but each of the smelly bits don’t have a unique scent, they are all the same scent and it isn’t a good smell which is quite unfortunate.

I like the scent even though they are slightly different other members off family not so keen but you can buy other scents out there im sure! But i love it as it is,i think its perfect and love the effect it has and think its fascinating and relaxing and i love showing it off, i recommend it even as a gift im going to purchase another 2 as gifts and its definately worth it and value for money.

The actual burner is very nice but the incense given with it are something that cannot be described and it is not a compliment! I had to throw away immediately everything, sticks, cones, swirls... they are simply horrid! I'd like to get a refund for them cause I paid the actual incense burner a lot but I thought it was worthy because of the fact that they give you the cones with it... if you can find the burner without the cones go for it, don't bother to buy those rubbish incense, I still have headache from the one I've burnt many hours ago! I opened the window, done everything and I still have a terrible headache... don't know what they are made of but they are like poison to me!

The item was exactly as the photos suggested, Girlfriend has mentioned many times she likes having incense burning so this seemed like a good choice. Came with plenty of backflow cones, and make sure they are the ones you get as a refill when you get through the provided ones. 'Backflow'.

Loved the quality, color and functionality. Bought for my daughter. She loves it.
