This is the best multivitamin I have taken. I felt the difference using this product without jitters or unpleasant side effects. I like that this multivitamin does not contain magnesium so you can use your own supplement separately. I can't recommend this product enough

This is a good product. I prefer GAT Sport but this is almost the same. I’m on my feet all shift so a strong vitamin makes a big difference. Some people don’t understand the yellow pee - it’s the B vitamins that your body doesn’t absorb. It’s okay relax.

I really like this MV. I have to take a bite of food first then take them or else I’ll get nauseous- but that is with any multi vitamin for me. I like how the Vit D is 5000mcg.. most multivitamin won’t be anywhere close to that leaving people to have to buy Vitamin D separately.

As a late 40's, active male, I really needed something better than your average multi. Centrum didn't do anything for me. I narrowed it down to the EVL Vitamode for the simple fact that it seemed the most complete. Plus the bone and eye support. I gotta say, I believe in this stuff now. There's days when I can actually read my phone without my glasses! 😃 As far as absorbency goes, I don't know. It's not like I get a rush of energy or anything, but you do get the radioactive yellow pee quite rapidly, so I guess absorbency is fast... Flavor is fine, as long as you don't pop it in your mouth too long before getting your water ready... It's quite tangy!!! Don't ask me how I know... So far, I feel great, not quite as tired as I used to be all the time, I can see better on some days, and it doesn't upset my stomach. I take one at my morning break at 9:00, and the other at lunch at 12:00. If I forget in the morning, or skip break, I'll take both at lunch. No harm, no foul.

After taking this once a day since I'm not fit of a person to just take it 2 times a day (because I had a bad experience on those top shelf muti-vitamins you find on stores) I feel more energetic through the day and just to prove this I did stop taking it after a week and felt like a mess then retake the vitamins and then have felt the difference ( nope I don't exercise and yes I know I should but bad fatigues prevents me). I just can't fight well through the day when I don't have enough of the right vitamins to absorb and make my body function right. I do have bad acid relflux before it might be because of imbalances, because after being with this suppliment it went away. It even gave me more reason to enjoy spicy food again 😀 (the bad acid made me stop spicy food as I like those pickled jalapeño). Over all I'm on the 2nd bottle of 30 capsules because of budget is tight atm once I'm done I'm staying for good this is a good good vitamins for me as the other top shelf brand made me experience vertigo and this one don't. Thanks a lot EVL nutrition!
