Effortless centralising of tap, the taps don’t go off centre as you tighten them up and that means the seal doesn’t go off centre.

Not plumber's sliced bread, this
Difficult to rate, because it is nothing like as easy to use as the advertising suggests. Plus points - it does (eventually) result in a well centred, securely fixed tap. Negative points - doesn't click into the waiting hole; even when it's in, it pops out again; so one more thing to juggle with under the handbasin; pack of 10 is too many, unless you fit a lot of handbasins; one of those things you look at and wonder "why is this so expensive?". So it's not the best thing since ... anything, really. Easy not to give it 5*, but it doesn't deserve 1 or 2*. Choose 3 or 4* then. I'm feeling generous, so it's 4*, but I don't feel that justice has been done really.
