I bought these for my granddaughter to wear. I wanted her to wear as she seems to have quite wide, flat feet. She wears one pair in her school shoes and says they feel really comfortable without pushing her feet up too much. She has just started to wear them in her rugby boots and it seems to be helping her running. She has a very slow run with an awkward gait. Hopefully as her feet become more supported they will strengthen and the running will improve. Great price.

These insoles are superb, not only a great price but very hard wearing and most important of all have solved my sons aching arches within a week. They are firm but comfortable and definitely cradle his feet.

I have small feet so decided to buy the kids insoles and they are great.
