Dear Customer, thank you for your question. if you need to change the battery, please choose LR44 Lithium battery. Then please remove the spatula handle first, hold the display screen end, make the stainless steel probe upside, you will find 2 little bolts(screws), use suitable boltdrive to move the bolts out of the bolts holes, then pull the cover along the gap ,you will find the battery , change it carefully. we will upate the image gallery later and add some steps for changing battery. thank you.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. When you hit the reset button, the temperature data you measured before would be cleared. this kind of thermometer can not be calibrated by hand or through reset.
