I'm quite certain that just one bottle of bone matrix was at play for strengthening my teeth. I used to struggle with enamel issues—sharp pain whenever something cold touched my teeth, and under certain lighting, I could even see cracks, which really worried me. My bones haven't been the strongest and my doctor says I have to get more calcium. Unfortunately, I don't drink milk or eat cheese so I know my calcium intake levels are low. I'm an avid runner and go hiking quite often. The past year I've felt discomfort during these long hikes in my joints so I looked for something that could supplement my joints and bones. With this, I've already been feeling better on my long hikes and I feel stronger which is the best part. I take a few of these a day now and so far I've had no problems! I highly recommend it.
