I previously bought the Waterdrop Smart Indicator model, but I found that the Basic model is actually better for my needs. I don’t really require a smart indicator, and the one on my previous jug didn’t always work properly. The Basic 2.5L Water Filter Jug is simple, reliable, and effective. The included filter, which lasts up to 90 days, reduces lead, fluoride, chlorine, and other impurities, giving the water a noticeably fresher taste. Overall, the Basic model offers everything I need without unnecessary features, making it a practical and dependable choice for clean drinking water.

First time I have purchased a different brand. And I'm happy to say I wasn't disappointed. This jug is so well made, has a lovely matt finish to the plastic. Filters water so much faster, as there are two holes in the cartridge. When filled and placed in the fridge door, it doesn't spill water from near the handle either like my old ones. The filter is amazing as it lasts three months, and I have found the taste to be amazing. You can certainly taste the difference with this filter jug, and comes in a variety of colours. I can highly recommend. It's definitely my go to jug in the future now, well done water drop.

This jug is as good as any other filter jug I've had, which is probably about 10 over the years. I like the cartridge particularly: the water goes through very quickly and tastes lovely, and the cartridge lasts a long time (up to 3 months, according to the blurb). There are two off-putting problems, however. My cartridge indicator light stopped working probably within 2–3 weeks, so I have had to come back to my orders to see when I bought the first one to gauge when to replace it. The second is that it's not certain that it does filter fluoride: it's mentioned a couple of times, but not consistently, and so the main reason I got it (to remove fluoride) isn't validated. I will continue to use this even though the cartridges are very expensive, but mostly because I hate waste. I will be looking elsewhere next time for a fluoride filtering water jug.

Robust, smart looking water jug produces delicious water and the filters last three months. The parts are easy to get at, and so easy to clean and the water filtration rate seems very quick. At the price this was being offered, it was very cost-effective

The filter works really well. Clear and holds enough water. I love the colour and with the quality it’s brilliant for the cost - I would definitely recommend.

I’m very pleased with the jug and filter, it fits snugly in the fridge door and there is such a difference in taste (for the better) from our unfiltered water. After about a month I had an issue with the indicator light where it started flashing for no reason. I contacted Waterdrop who within 24 hours arranged for a new unit to be sent out and also a gift of a new pack of filters. Harper from their customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive in resolving my issue, I was really impressed with the level of customer service that they gave.

The jug was reasonably priced and when it arrived I was very pleased. The water certainly tasted better and there was no residue on both normal tea and herbal tea so visually much more appealing. Unfortunately my indicator didn't work so I contacted the manufacturer via Amazon and I received an email back that was very nice but it said they weren't the correct company? I've had the jug since April and the water is already looking a bit cloudy with some residue, disappointing but that's not 3 months. I live alone and only use the filtered water for tea (2-3 cups per day) I use my kettle for other things but I still don't think the filter should be coming to the end of it use. Having just looked at the cost of the replacement filters it's definitely not looking as good value if my filters are only going to last for approximately 7-8 weeks. Other than the cost and duration of the filters and the broken indicator it's a good product. The size is perfect, Filling it is easy, although the lid can be a bit loose and it's easy to use. Would I buy it again? Probably not, I'm wondering if I should have invested in a more expensive jug where the replacement filters are cheaper. I'm hoping my review will read and a replacement indicator will be sent to me as through the suggested process didn't work.

Ich habe mir den Waterdrop Elfin Wasserfilter als Alternative zum Brita Marella bestellt, da mir dort der monatliche Wechsel des Filters nicht so gefiel. Der Filter von Waterdrop soll ja (je nach Nutzung) bis zu 3 Monate halten, was ich wirklich super finde. Ich habe den Wasserfilter nun seit circa einer Woche in Nutzung und bin wirklich begeistert. Die Lieferung mit Prime war wie immer tadellos. Optisch gefällt mir die Kanne (in Hellblau) sehr gut und wirkt sehr wertig. Das Wasser läuft zügig durch den Filter und ist kristallklar. Insgesamt passen ca. 2-2.5 Liter in die Kanne. Die Kanne passt gut in einen hausüblichen Kühlschrank, da sie sehr schlank gehalten ist. Der Geschmack des Wassers ist top und mit normalem stillen Wasser aus dem Supermarkt vergleichbar. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass selbst Tee mit gefiltertem Wasser intensiver schmeckt. Über die Jahre gewöhnt man sich leider an den kalkigen Geschmack des Leitungswassers, jedoch spürt mein eine absolute Verbesserung, wenn man einen Wasserfilter nutzt. Ich möchte den Wasserfilter nicht mehr missen und bin gespannt, wann ich einen Ersatzfilter einlegen muss.

日本製と違って、銀イオンとか体に悪いものを使っていないので安心して使えます。 日本製は体に悪いものをフィルター内部に使ってろ過のスピードを速めていますが、こちらはフィルターが平らで広がっているので広範囲から水がろ過されるのでろ過のスピードが速いです。たくさん使っても3カ月おいしいです。大満足です。
