My Golden is 14 years old, his leg muscle is slowly atrophy, so he is not able to stay stable in the car, especially he likes to jumping around, this one is super helping, avoided him to jumping around and hurt himself accidentally, it also protect me while driving, my dog normally like to stay on my laps or jumping around in the car while i am driving. great product!!!!!

I had gotten a cheaper seat like this when my dog was a puppy and it almost immediately broke. I saw this one in a store and found it on Amazon and bought it. This thing is so nice! The bottom is sturdy and still intact. My dog is comfortable in it and the strap keeping her in is so strong! I put extra padding in the bottom, but it doesn't really need it.My one thing is that the carabiner is pretty big for my 7 lb dog's harness, but I leave her leash clipped to her harness and clip the carabiner to the leash clip.

this is my second one, I purchased one locally, you know, support local. Well some little thieves stole it.So now I am ordering it for a much better price. My 18 pound HAVANESE was comfy and safe. I am totally happy with this purchase.

I bought it as used but actually was brand new. Just the box was damaged in a corner. Perfect fit for my dog. Easy to use and assemble.

This is my 2nd Kurgo seat purchase over 5 years and I recommend them to everyone with small dogs. Secures your dog safely, great height to look out the window, easy to use and care for. I fold a bath towel in the bottom for a little extra cushion and height, and she loves to hit the road in it! The tether can also be removed for use if you ever have your pup out of the dog seat or need to comfort on your lap, (though be careful for the dangers of airbags since they can kill pets in accidents if you're holding them.) It's also handy because theres space underneath so you can still fit stuff on the seat- important for traveling. Over time, I had the bottom rear seam start to come undone, but it was still secure with the towel covering that spot. Also, when tightening the strap, don't pull your absolute hardest because over time that can cause the seam to fray. I gave 4 stars for installation only because it has to go on a single seat that can have the strap wrap around it, so not some sedan backseats. I've bought one for a friend, one for each car, and I definitely recommend it!
