I take this because I always struggle with swallowing tablets and this is so quick. I also find it difficult to remember to take tablets daily. I leave this on the kitchen counter and I can take it in 30 seconds in the morning when I see it and then move on. Especially handy with a 3 year old to look after. The speed and ease mean I almost never miss a dose now. These sprays have helped me regulate my supplement intake whilst trying to conceive and during pregnancy.

I used this throughout pregnancy and would recommend it. It tastes nice and is easy to use, 4 sprays every day.

I’ve used this range for the iron and the vegan sprays for some time now and whilst expensive they’re really ideal for rapid absorption of the vitamins and for not needing to take them in tablet formThe pregnancy version is full of important vitamins and supplements to nourish you and baby whilst in Utro. Whilst the contents are application are great you aren’t getting massive quantities so if you are in need of specific vitamins then please check the amounts contained and if this is the best product for you at the time.The little bottle doesn’t last you long. A month ish , so cost may be a factor when tablet versions are available so much cheaper

Easy to use even when feeling sick

The taste is absolutely vile. It’s bitter and definitely not for pregnant women who have nausea or sickness. As soon as I sprayed it, I couldn’t handle the taste and felt sick within seconds. I had high expectations as the iron spray tasted wonderful however this one is just not worth it.

I love how all the raving reviews are written by men!!This product does not taste nice and makes my tongue go black. I won’t be repurchasing when I’ve finished the bottle. Not a fan at all and I had such high hopes for this spray as I can’t take folic acid in a tablet form.

I got this for my granddaughter, as she is expecting her second child. She seems to be getting on well with it. It has a nice, somewhat minty, smell, and the price is excellent. I am also pleased that it's a natural product.

Super easy and convenient to use, especially if you dislike taking tablets.
