Q: This is oxide ferric.. equal that rowa phos..??

This is Ferric Oxide, very comparable to other brands mentioned. This comes in a dry form, the GFO HC we sell has 2x the capacity for phosphate removal than the brand you mentioned.

Q: 250ml per 50 gal, so much ?

Typically you would use 1 tablespoon per 8 gallons when starting GFO. After about a month to two months you can increase to 2 tablespoons per 8 gallons which is just under 1 cup per 50 gallons. Also be sure to rinse this very, very well and tumble very slowly, as it releases a lot of fines, but it works just as well as more expensive brands. Personally, I prefer RowaPhos, I find it' worth the extra cost.

Q: I want to know where to buy the filters for the Jeneca external filter?

Try bulk reef supply for the bags. I purchased this product I did not like it ,didn't work at all for my tank made no difference, I would recommend buying a better quality phosphate remover with a proven track record.The price is good that's about it.
