The ink just beaded on the surface like a freshly waxed car. I was careful not to touch the cards prior to printing. (Read some of the reviews on PVC cards.). Gonna see what the company has to say about this. Keep you posted. P.S. I experimented on paper first and it works fine. So there's nothing wrong with the ink. Cards just won't absorb the ink.

So many of these badge blanks had scuffs and scratches all over them. Many could not be used since they were too scuffed to print on for ID tags for my customers.
